I found this game to be a big letdown after all the hype. I bought it at launch, and it was obviously incomplete. Minimizing the game while in the capital cities caused the game to lock, and we weren't given all of the classes we had been promised.
When I came back 18 months later to look around again, it was even worse IMO. Instead of the dynamic starting zones for races, you had the single starting zone for everyone, and while you could choose to do the original ones, they were impossible to complete because of the new default.
Public quests were a great idea though, but were most enjoyable at launch. Now, they're mostly ignored.
